Refund policy

At Zelviro, we want to light up your space with confidence. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your LED products, we’re here to help. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

Condition: The LED strips, bulbs, or fixtures must be unused, uncut, and in their original condition.

Packaging: The item must be in its original Zelviro packaging with all adhesives, remotes, and power adapters included.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or order number.
3. LED-Specific Warranty & Defects
We stand by the quality of our tech. If your LEDs arrive with faulty diodes, flickering issues, or connectivity problems (such as Wi-Fi/Bluetooth pairing failures), please contact us immediately.

Dead on Arrival: If the product does not power on out of the box, Zelviro will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

Installation Damage: Please note that we cannot offer refunds for LED strips that have been cut, improperly soldered, or damaged due to power surges from unapproved adapters.
4. The Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned LEDs, Zelviro will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Timeline: Credits usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Shipping Costs

Standard Returns: For "change of mind" returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Defective Goods: If the LEDs are defective or we sent the wrong item, Zelviro will cover all shipping costs for the exchange or return.
